Height and diameter measurements of seedlings from pine stands renewed by direct mechanized seeding using seeds from the Salaca pine seed plantation

This data set contains growth measurements of seedling from pine stands established by mechanised direct seeding. Seeds were obtained from the Salaca Scots pine seed plantation.

Measurements of seedling height increments were done annually from 2015-2020. Diameter measurements were done in 2020. The measurement data file also includes information about the location of individuals in the stand (E - edge; C - center), distance of individual (m) from the beginning of the measured section (shows how evenly the trees are spaced from each other), a double furrow according to the direction of movement of the equipment when preparing the soil (R-right; L-left) and location of the individual in relation to the furrow (fb - furrow bottom; h - hinge; if - inter-furrow zone; b- berm).
