This supplementary data is related to the paper:

The packs contain full information needed to restore numerical results for selected scenarios, differing by winding number (indicated by in the package name), and defect size (indicated by s in the package name). The number of defects is fixed and equal to N=6. 

You need to use the W-SLDA Toolkit to restore the results of the calculations. To learn more about using the reproducibility pack, refer to the documentation of the W-SLDA Toolkit
