A guide to selecting high-performing antibodies for ASM (UniProt ID: P17405) for use in western blot and immunoprecipitation

This report provides a guide to selecting high-quality commercial antibodies against ASM for use in western blot and immunoprecipitation, utilizing a knockdown cell line as a negative control. This work was supported by a grant from the CQDM (by a grant from the Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie du Québec).
