DEVELOPMENT OF A KPI MODEL FOR ASSESSING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF DIGITAL AUTOMATION IN MILITARY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (BASED ON US AND UZBEKISTAN EXPERIENCE)

Abstract

This article presents a strategic Key Performance Indicator (KPI) model designed to measure, monitor, and improve the effectiveness of digital automation processes in military financial management. The study aims to enhance transparency, accountability, and the rational use of resources. This systemic approach is grounded in the regulatory acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan on improving state financial control ¹ and the advanced audit-focused experience of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD).² The article includes practical indicators aimed at strengthening military budget discipline and ensuring the integrity of financial data.
