Authors/Creators
Description
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of socio-technological aspects of the architectural and planning organization of urban spaces in the context of modern urban challenges. The paper reveals the interrelation between social needs of the population – inclusivity, safety, mobility, and cultural identity – and technological innovations, including digital modeling, intelligent monitoring systems, energy-efficient solutions, and automated infrastructural systems. Methodological approaches are proposed for developing flexible architectural and planning solutions oriented toward human-centered design and sustainable urban development. The results of the study can be applied to improve urban design practices, municipal management, and the implementation of smart city technologies.
