Expanding the Heliophysics Event Knowledgebase into the Heliosphere

We present improvements to the Heliophysics Events Knowledgebase (HEK) focused on domain extension and community contributions of entries.  The Heliophysics Event Registry (HER) expands its domain and coordinate transformations to support in-situ heliospheric events from spacecraft such as STEREO and Solar Orbiter.  We also present improved tools for community submissions of events to the HER, highlighting the registry’s transition to an infrastructure model for heliophysics research support.  This showcases the growth of the HEK beyond the missions (Hinode, SDO, IRIS) that drove its initial development into a more general tool for open science and discovery in the heliosphere.
