Global Mangrove Watch v4 Reference Samples

Description

These reference samples were created to support the generation of the Global Mangrove Watch (GMW) version 4.0 baseline for 2020 which has a spatial resolution of 10 m (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.12756047). In total there are ~5.8M points which are globally distributed within all mangroves regions, there is a column ‘ref_cls’ which specifies the class for the points:

Mangrove (ref_cls == 1): 2,674,181 points
Water (ref_cls == 2):  1,420,764 points
Other Terrestrial (ref_cls == 3):  1,755,337 points
