Description

Studying the meaning of number and quantity in nouns is one of the topics which
attracts great scientific interest.the main goal of the aticle is to consider how this linguistic
phemenon is manifested in the Uzbek and English languages and to study the view and
conclusions of scientists regarding it .Also, in order to demonstrate clear comparison of these
two languages, relevant examples from Uzbek and English literature are shown.
