Augmenting PySPEDAS development and usage with LLM technology

The PySPEDAS development team has used LLMs, with varying degrees of success, to assist in development of new features, and porting of SPEDAS capabilities to Python.   Inspired by early demos of a Python Heliophysics Community chatbot, PySPEDAS intends to leverage current LLM technology to assist users in navigating PySPEDAS and other heliophysics tools, and bridge the gap between high-level heliophysics concepts (e.g. reconnection, energy transfer, magnetospheric structures) and the software tools, data sets, and workflows to study them.
