D5.1 NERO training planning

This document provides a comprehensive NERO cybersecurity plan through the definition of training objectives, training curriculum, and schedule for conducting the training tailored to the specific needs of the stakeholders. After an initial introduction of the methodology that is sought for the training activities, we present the training objectives and strategy where the target areas are identified along with their stakeholders’ target profiles, along with the different stages of training that will exist, 
from the background assessment, theoretical training, growth analysis, intermediate feedback, practical training, final assessment and final feedback. The different activities taking place will also grant proficiencies represented through certifications. The curriculum and different modules of these activities are then presented with information about each module's objectives, training, and evaluation material, learning outcomes and syllabus. The document then concludes with a schedule roadmap for the different activities and an overview of the possibility of adherence to other project training activities.
