This talk was presented in the context of the 3rd Annual Workshop on FAIR Facilities and Instruments, hosted by the NSF-funded FAIROS Research Coordination Network (RCN) on FAIR Facilities and Instruments.
The workshop was held from September 22 to 24, 2025, in Boulder, CO, at the Mesa Laboratory of the NSF National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR)/ University Center for Atmospheric Research (UCAR).
