Cosmic Unified Metrology: Defining Length, Mass, and Time from World Quantum Theory

Authors/Creators

Description

This framework establishes a truly universal system of measurement grounded in World Quantum Theory.

We define:

The cosmic unit of time So as the duration of one minimal phase rotation of a world quantum in a given physical environment;

The cosmic unit of length Lo as the spatial projection of that rotation;

The cosmic unit of mass Mo as its inertial response.

✅ These units So,Lo,Mo are not human-defined constructs,but the physical manifestations of the Planck units tp,lp,mp  in their respective environments.

Specifically:

On Earth, the theoretically minimal values derived from quantum experiments are the expressions of tp,lp,m in Earth’s environment — they define 1 So,1 Lo,1 Mo;

On Mars or any other region, the locally derived minimal values are the expressions of tp,lp,mp in that environment — they define  1 So,1 Lo,1 Mo.

✅ Though numerical values may differ, tools may vary, and units may be named differently,

all So,Lo,Mo across civilizations correspond to the same underlying world quantum rotation.

This system does not rely on Earth-specific processes or intermediate theoretical parameters.

It is the operational language of the cosmos itself.
