It addresses inefficiencies of traditional transactions through verified listings, secure authentication, and clear communication between buyers, renters, and owners. Users can search properties using filters such as location, price, type, and amenities. Each listing provides detailed information, including images, floor plans, neighborhood insights, and interactive maps, allowing for better evaluation before making decisions. An integrated EMI calculator further supports financial planning by estimating repayment schedules based on price, tenure, and interest rate. The system supports two roles: Users, who explore and inquire about properties, and Administrators, who manage listings, verify documents, and oversee transactions. With responsive design and real-time updates, the platform builds trust, reduces fraud, and contributes to the digital growth of Myanmar’s housing sector.
