Исследуется эффект внедрения pipeline-driven training system (PDT) – модели обучения, встроенной в реальный производственный пайплайн студии. На базе проектов Animation School и производственных внедрений в РФ и за рубежом показано, что интеграция обучения в продакшен сокращает сроки выпуска эпизодов с ~4 до 1,5–2 месяцев и снижает себестоимость секунды анимации на 30–35% в кейсе телевизионного формата; ускоряет адаптацию кадров при технологической миграции (с 12 до 3 месяцев) и повышает производительность команд на 15–30% (по данным производственных кейсов программы). Обсуждаются методология, метрики, дизайн курса и ограничения.
Abstract (English)
The effect of the implementation of the pipeline-driven training system (PDT), a training model embedded in the studio's real production pipeline, is being investigated. Based on Animation School projects and production implementations in Russia and abroad, it has been shown that the integration of training into production reduces the release time of episodes from ~4 to 1.5–2 months and reduces the cost per second of animation by 30-35% in the case of a television format; accelerates the adaptation of personnel during technological migration (from 12 to 3 months) and increases the productivity of the teams increased by 15-30% (according to the production cases of the program). The methodology, metrics, course design, and limitations are discussed.
