Executive Summary: The Black Hole Funnel Hypothesis: A Unified Model of Dimensional Compression and Predictive Order
Description
Abstract:
This paper introduces the Black Hole Funnel Hypothesis (BHF), a two-mechanism framework explaining how black holes serve as universal compression engines that generate structured, lower-dimensional reality from high-dimensional chaos. Mechanism 1 proposes a Dimensional Compression Cascade, in which the early universe began with twelve spatial dimensions that recursively collapsed through a sequence of gravitational funnels, each stripping degrees of freedom while preserving relational structure, culminating in the 3+1 spacetime we now inhabit. Mechanism 2 describes how spaghettification within these funnels produces strings, vibrational, computational residues that encode and project reality from the funnel’s boundary. These strings are not remnants of a prior form but are created by collapse, functioning as minimal programs that simulate the emergent world through signal projection. By integrating insights from gravitational physics, information theory, and alignment dynamics, BHF reframes black holes not as endpoints of matter but as computational origins of coherence.
