- 5.pan.biallelic.filtered.realigned.vcf:This file contains the finalized set of high-confidence structural variants (SVs) across the Setaria italica pangenome. Variants were integrated from multiple samples, stringently filtered, and realigned using HiFi long-read assemblies to ensure precise breakpoint definition. All multiallelic loci were normalized to biallelic form, providing a standardized SV reference for population genomic and evolutionary analyses.
