Description

We designed custom UCEs probe sets using the PHYLUCE pipeline (Faircloth, 2017). To maximize the effectiveness of the probes, we sequenced specimens that spanned the phylogenetic diversity of Curculionoidea (Cortés Hernández, 2025c; available at https://ecdysis.org/checklists/checklist.php?clid=12232&pid=0), Entiminae (Cortés Hernández, 2025d; available at https://ecdysis.org/checklists/checklist.php?clid=12235&pid=0), and Taymecini (Cortés Hernández, 2025e; available at https://ecdysis.org/checklists/checklist.php?clid=12242&pid=0).
