Phiaris stibiana (Guenée, 1845)

New for Azerbaijan.

Distributed in Europe (except for the British Isles and the most southern area) to the Urals; South Siberia, Asia Minor, the South Caucasus, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, northwestern part of China (Razowski 2003; Sinev et al. 2019).
