Description
Metaphorical cognition of color is an important cognitive tool for human beings in understanding the world. This paper conducts a comparative study of the metaphorical cognition of basic color terms in Uzbek and Chinese. By examining the relationship between metaphorical cognition of basic color terms and linguistic-cultural models, as well as their similarities and differences, the study aims to deepen the understanding of metaphorical cognition of basic color terms.
