Code and data associated with the paper "Using experimental results of protein design to guide biomolecular energy-function development" by Haddox et al. See https://github.com/Haddox/design_guided_optE for additional code and data.

This repository has two files:

• rf_model.zip: a directory with code and data for identifying "outlier" designs to experimentally test by deep mutational scanning
• dualoptE_decoys.zip: a directory with decoys from the interface-prediction benchmark (150 decoys per landscape)
