تأثير التداخل بين السياسات الصحية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية على اللامساواة في المسارات العلاجية لمرضى السرطان بأكادير

ملخص

تتناول هذه الدراسة إشكالية اللامساواة في مسارات العلاج الطبي لمرضى السرطان في مدينة أكادير، مع التركيز على تأثير الفوارق الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والمجالية في المسارات العلاجية الطبية للمرضى. تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل مدى تأثير التداخل بين السياسات الصحية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية في تقليص هذه الفوارق. أما على المستوى المنهجي، فإن الدراسة تقوم على منهجية ذات المقاربة الكيفية، حيث تم إجراء مقابلات نصف موجهة مع 15 مشاركا، بالإضافة إلى تحليل تقارير ومنشورات رسمية متعلقة بالرعاية الصحية.

من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، هي: أن الفوارق الاجتماعية والثقافية والمجالية والاقتصادية تسهم في تأخير التشخيص والعلاج، خاصة بالنسبة للمرضى من المناطق النائية، وأن الدعم الاجتماعي والاقتصادي لا يزال غير كافٍ على الرغم من الجهود القائمة. كما أظهرت أن التمثلات الثقافية للمرض تؤثر في قرارات المرضى العلاجية، مما يزيد من تعقيد مساراتهم العلاجية. فضلا عن تأكيد الدراسة على أن التنسيق بين السياسات الصحية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية من شأنه أن يحقق العدالة العلاجية وضمان وصول جميع المرضى إلى الرعاية اللازمة.

Abstract
This study addresses the issue of inequality in the medical treatment pathways for cancer patients
in the city of Agadir, focusing on the impact of social, economic, and geographical disparities on
patients' treatment trajectories. The study aims to analyze the extent to which health, social, and
economic policies can reduce these disparities. Methodologically, the study adopts a qualitative
approach, involving semi-structured interviews with 15 participants, in addition to analyzing
reports and official publications related to healthcare.
One of the key findings of the study is that social, cultural, geographical, and economic disparities
contribute to delays in diagnosis and treatment, particularly for patients from remote areas. It was
found that social and economic support remains inadequate despite existing efforts. The study also
revealed that cultural representations of illness influence patients' treatment decisions, further
complicating their health pathways. Additionally, the study emphasizes that coordination between
health, social, and economic policies could achieve therapeutic justice and ensure that all patients
have access to the necessary care.
