D6.10 Update of Report on dissemination and communication activities 1

The report examines the results of the planned activities under D6.2 “Plan for Dissemination & exploitation of Results incl. Communication Activities (PDEC)” and D6.8 “Update of the PDEC in official report 1”. Deliverable D6.10 is the follow-up update on deliverable D6.7 “Report on dissemination and communication activities” and provides more information about the activities planned to be performed over the past 18 months for the period M19-M36.
This document presents a detailed report reviewing all activities related to dissemination, including scientific publications, participation in conferences, presentations at scientific events, and networking with scientific communities. The communication report includes a formal assessment of the project's visibility and social networking activities related to it. All these activities are carried out as part of WP6 “Innovation Management: Communication, Dissemination, Exploitation and Sustainability” in the AIDAVA project. Our key achievements illustrated with numbers are as follows:
• Communication tools: project website that is regularly updated (28,640 visitors, with an average of 29.60 minutes per session and 71.38 page impressions), audio-visual materials, and six-monthly periodic flash in 3 languages (mostly targeted at patients).
• Publications: Total number of peer-reviewed publications is 20 and the total number of preprints is 8, which received 735 citations in Google Scholar. 15 of these papers were indexed in Scopus and 10 publications indexed in PubMed Central. We have achieved an h-index of 6 in Google Scholar with 735 citations, Scopus with 378 citations, and Web of Science with 296 citations, excluding self-citations.
• AIDAVA public deliverables published in Zenodo accumulated 1,780 views, 1,385 downloads, which gives an average of 84.76 views per deliverable and 65.95 downloads.
• AIDAVA project results were presented in 8 events, including scientific conferences and workshops.
