Description
The article examines the key features of the harmonic language of Frédéric Chopin through the genre of the nocturne. It analyzes the evolution of the composer's harmonic thinking from his early works, influenced by the "brilliant" style and the music of John Field, to his mature dramatic compositions. Particular attention is given to aspects such as "singing harmony," the coloristic function of texture, the use of complex chord structures, and modulations to create psychological depth. The role of ornamentation and the influence of elements of Polish national folklore on the formation of Chopin's unique harmonic style in his nocturnes are also explored.
Abstract (Russian)
В статье рассматриваются ключевые особенности гармонического языка Фредерика Шопена на примере жанра ноктюрна. Анализируется эволюция гармонического мышления композитора от ранних произведений, испытавших влияние «блестящего» стиля и творчества Джона Фильда, до зрелых драматических полотен. Особое внимание уделяется таким аспектам, как «поющая гармония», колористическая функция фактуры, использование сложных аккордовых структур и модуляций для создания психологической глубины. Также исследуется роль орнаментики и влияние элементов польского национального фольклора на формирование уникального гармонического стиля Шопена в ноктюрнах.
