D5.2 - Plan for the Dissemination and Exploitation including Communication activities (PDEC) udpated

Authors/Creators

Description

Deliverable D5.2 Plan for the Dissemination and Exploitation including Communication Activities (PDEC) updated version in month 6, is the first review PDEC for the BIO-SUSHY project initially included in the proposal and later as part of the Grant Agreement.

The Deliverable aims to present a comprehensive report on the tasks carried out during the initial 6-month period and present strategies for the Dissemination, Communication, and Exploitation of the BIO-SUSHY project.

After highlighting the Objectives (Chapter 1) and Introduction (Chapter 2), Chapter 3 of the deliverable focuses on the partners’ description and includes a summary of their role and their expectation for valuable mature results to be exploited at the end of the project. Chapter 4 refers to the Dissemination and Communication Plan to effectively share the project objectives, findings, and outcomes. The plan includes tactics and channels such as a project website, social platforms, newsletters, press releases, and events. The target audience comprises researchers, policymakers, industry professionals, and the general public. Key performance indicators and monitoring processes are in place to evaluate the success of the communication and dissemination activities. By implementing this plan, BIO-SUSHY aims to maximise the impact and engagement of its research within the relevant communities.

Next, Chapter 5 defines the Exploitation Strategy of the BIO-SUSHY innovative developments. It outlines the proposed exploitation schedule and knowledge management strategy towards the potential market entrance of the BIO-SUSHY innovations beyond the project lifetime. It shapes the upcoming identification of the Key Exploitable Results (KERs) and frames the future business plan strategies for industrial applications: textiles, food trays and cosmetic glass packaging. These measures will be developed under revisions at months M24 and M48, incorporating market analysis, patent landscape, competition, and risk analysis.

The aim of the PDEC is to maximize the adoption of the project results among diverse audiences and interested parties through a fit-for-purpose and appropriate dissemination and exploitation strategy.

The PDEC, a continuous endeavour, is developed through the project implementation, with 3 important landmarks, following the initial plan included in the proposal and Grant Agreement:

  • D5.2 PDEC updated, at Month 6.
  • D5.3 PDEC mid-term, at Month 24.
  • D5.4 PDEC final, at Month 48.
