Dataset of Pharmacists' Competence and Hospital Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (AMS) Implementation Scores in Riau Islands Province, Indonesia

This dataset contains the processed data used in the study evaluating the impact of Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (AMS) training on pharmacists’ competence and hospital-level AMS implementation in Riau Islands Province, Indonesia. A total of 103 pharmacists from 29 hospitals (both public and private) participated in the study.

The Excel file includes the following components:

• Demographic and professional characteristics of pharmacist participants

• Pre- and post-intervention competence scores

• Hospital-level AMS implementation scores before and after intervention

• Correlation analysis between pharmacists’ competence improvement and AMS implementation scores

The dataset was analyzed descriptively and inferentially to assess changes in pharmacists’ competence and institutional AMS performance following the intervention. This dataset supports the findings reported in the associated research article.
