Diet optimization for nutrition per dollar

A report describing the development and demonstration of a linear optimization of diet that meets all nutritional targets for the cheapest cost.   This should have immense and immediate applicability for the general public, especially the poorest people who may disproportionately make dietary decisions based on the financial cost of food.   The associated code and data are available on GitHub: https://github.com/freiburgermsu/diet_optimization/releases/tag/v0.0.1
