Description
Methylphenidate is a dopamine norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor used in ADHD and narcolepsy. We report a case of a child with Wolfram syndrome who had narcolepsy and obstructive sleep apnoea. We used methylphenidate, which improved her narcolepsy as well as obstructive sleep apnoea.
