Description
The article describes the concept of a coach, coaching and its features, coaching technologies and the ability of students to make decisions, work on key issues and improve themselves (receive feedback, set priorities and pace of training, analyze experience for obtaining knowledge). The goal of coach is to discover the possibilities of using technology in the educational process. Especially for the success of training, its content must meet the needs and interests of students. Importance is attached to the fact that in order for students to consciously approach learning, the acquired knowledge must have an individual meaning for them. Many educators do not always implement the coaching approach in teaching. In the lessons, attention is often paid to independent work. Coaching will be focused on the implementation of the set goals and objectives, in accordance with the previously formulated approach. However, coaching is associated not only with activities, but also with training. Therefore, it can be said that the second part of the coach's work is "deepening learning". A lot of attention will be paid to this issue in the
article. As a result of the experiment, these statements were proved.
