Should Data Privacy Be Legalized in Bangladesh? A Moral and Practical Analysis

In Bangladesh, with over 50 million social media users, personal information is increasingly exposed to cyber threats, unauthorized surveillance, and exploitation. This paper explores the moral and practical implications of legalizing data privacy in Bangladesh, presenting arguments for and against, examining ethical principles, and analyzing recent incidents and legislative developments.
