Description
Managing references is essential in academic research and writing. As digital information expands, reference management tools have become vital for organizing, citing, and sharing such sources. Scholarly research depends on the precise handling of literature. Manually creating citations is time-consuming and error-prone, which can undermine academic credibility. This study explores how Reference Management Software (RMS) addresses these issues. It compares three leading tools, Zotero, Mendeley, and EndNote, evaluating their cost, usability, and features, functions while discussing their advantages and limitations. Practical advice is provided to help researchers choose the most suitable tools for their needs.
