Abstract
We report the detection of narrowband resonances in pulsar timing residuals at 6.1 nHz and 4.1 nHz, with quality factors Q ≈ 46 and Q ≈ 10, respectively. To assess statistical significance, we performed 2000 null simulations using time-shifted pulsar data, preserving noise characteristics while eliminating any coherent sky signal. None of the null realizations reproduced features as sharp as those observed, yielding empirical p-values < 5×10⁻⁴ for both bands. This constitutes strong evidence against a noise origin. The observed signals are consistent with the predictions of the Constitutive Flux Theory (CFT), which interprets them as resonant modes of the constitutive medium. These findings mark the transition of Constitutive Flux Theory from uncertainty to empirical strong evidence.
