This record formalizes and secures the evidence package for The Real Theory of Everything: The Law of Laws.

The Law of Laws establishes a meta-framework proving that all lawful systems must obey the triad:

• Truth = Consistency

• Mechanism = Recursion

• Signature = Invariance

The paper provides:

• Formal theorem and corollaries (mathematical foundation).

• Proof that quantum randomness (QRNG datasets from ANU, NIST, IDQ) collapses under falsification (permutation + IAAFT surrogates), eliminating artifacts and drift as explanations.

• Falsification Protocol v2 with preregistration, seeds, and thresholds.

• Replication evidence across physics, biology, computation, logic, language, culture, and psychology.

• SHA-256 secured manifest of all replication artifacts (CSV, JSON, PNG, engine code).

This release makes the claim falsifiable and reproducible. Any lawful system whose invariants survive permutation and surrogate collapse can overturn the Law. To date, none has.
