SEKI_Suvi_Willing_Root_Fungi

The SEKI_Suvi_Willing md5 and tar files are a subset of the original SEKI_COL_Willing library that was directly downloaded from the Northwest Genomics Center. This contains the raw fungal sequence reads for sequoia seedling root samples from Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks (SEKI) prepared by Mira Ranganath and Suvi Birch in Spring 2025. The Processed_Data zipped folder has the intermediate and processed files, including the final OTU table, generated from the AMPtk pipeline using HYAK by Suvi Birch in Fall 2025.
