Characterization of immune phenotypes in peripheral blood of adult renal transplant recipients using mass cytometry (CyTOF)
Authors/Creators
Description
The uploaded files include normalized FCS files organized by stimulation condition: Unstimulated and PMA/Ionomycin-stimulated. Within each condition, there are two folders representing the two cohorts: Healthy Donors and Patients.
Each cohort folder contains subfolders for individual healthy donors or patients, with each subfolder holding their respective longitudinal normalized FCS files.
We have also shared the normalized FCS files (Unstimulated and PMA/Ionomycin-stimulated) for the internal "HIMC" control that was used across all the batches for CyTOF in this study.
Additionally, we have included the CyTOF panel used in the study, as well as the gating strategy that was implemented.
