Spatial outputs for freshwater connectivity - deliverable 6.2 NaturaConnect

Spatial outputs for connectivity of freshwater ecosystems in Europe, combining riparian areas and rivers. Details on methods can be found on the NaturaConnect 6.2 deliverable. The raster raster_connectivity_alleurope_100m_3035.tifcontains the riparian connectivity layer at 100m resolution and the shapefile for ininterrupter river sections can be found in  river_connectivity.zip.

The zip folders contain the output for the corridor prioritisation analysis for connectivity targets 10, 20 and 30%. The output for each target consists of two layers, a raster layer showing the selected riparian areas at 1 km resolution in the folder Riparian_corridors.zip, and a vector layer representing the selected river sections in the folder River_corridors.zip.

All spatial data is in epsg:3035.
