Dataset of secure, scalable and indel-resilient DNA data storage

This dataset contains sequencing data supporting the findings of our study. Two types of synthesis and sequencing platforms were used:

EC-Pool: DNA strands synthesized by electrochemical DNA synthesis and sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq platform, generating paired-end 150 bp (PE150) reads.

IJP-Pool3: DNA strands synthesized by inkjet printing and sequenced on the Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) MinION platform.

All sequencing data are provided in FASTQ format.
