ASYMPTOTIC ATTAINMENT OF THE K.E. SHANNON ENERGY LIMIT VALUE WITH A SYNCHRONOUS ORTHOGONAL CODE

Description

This article proves that the synchronous orthogonal code OK2048 provides an asymptotically limiting minimum   ratio in a continuous Gaussian channel at an information rate equal to the channel capacity. The decoding complexity is determined by the extremely sparse matrix of this orthogonal code.
