Description
Abstract
In this article, based on a comprehensive theoretical analysis of the content of the educational programs B062–Electrical Engineering and Energy and B054–Physics, a methodological system model was developed to foster students’ research and engineering activities in the field of solar energy. During the study, employers’ requirements were identified through a Google Forms survey, and their suggestions were systematized. The methodological system, created on the basis of modeling and design methods, made it possible to develop a new plan for teaching related disciplines and to integrate it into the educational process through STEM approaches. The proposed model is aimed at developing future specialists’ research abilities, engineering thinking, and professional competencies.
