Description
Upload of compressed PARAS and PARASECT models, two adenylation domain predictors. After cloning https://github.com/BTheDragonMaster/parasect, extract and place all three models in the paras/models/random_forest folder to run the software. The 'all_substrates' model is a PARAS model trained on all adenylation domain substrates, the other two models were trained on substrates that occur at least 10 times in the dataset.
