This dataset accompanies the manuscript "Global inequities in organ transplantation, 2008–2023: trends, unmet need, and policy implications." 

Contents:
Imputed country-year dataset (2008–2023) derived from the WHO Global Observatory on Donation and Transplantation (GODT), including population denominators and derived indicators (e.g., per-million-population [PMP] rates).
Main R scripts (F1–F4, T1) used for data cleaning, primary statistical analyses, and figure generation.

Access policy:
The deposited dataset and main analysis code allow replication of the principal results and figures reported in the manuscript.
A more extensive set of supplementary materials, including Appendix 2 with full sensitivity analyses and extended code, is available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request (for academic, non-commercial use).
Users should acknowledge both the dataset DOI and the related article when reusing these materials, and respect the terms of the WHO GODT database as the primary data source.
