Description
Abstract
We present the foundational theoretical framework for the Quantum Spectral Processor (QSP), a
novel computational paradigm first conceived in 1999 that achieves quantum computational
advantages through continuous functional representation. The framework introduces three core
theoretical concepts: continuous functional datastructures, decoherence-immune quantum state
representation, and portable quantum entanglement transmission. Theoretical analysis
demonstrates potential for constant-time computational operations with perfect mathematical
precision across multiple scientific domains. This work establishes the scientific foundation and
historical priority for functional computing paradigms while preserving implementation
methodologies for continued research and development.
