Retina blood flow and oxygen simulation matlab files for the publication - LRG1 initiates the onset of diabetic retinopathy in mice

This Folder contains the Matlab files used to simulate blood flow and oxygen transport in the retina associated with the publication “LRG1 initiates the onset of diabetic retinopathy in mice”. A short readme file is included which briefly describes the main component of the folder as well as a demo simulation.
