Description

This work was carried out within the framework of the BRIDGES 5.0 project and focuses on training approaches to support Industry 5.0 integration. It introduces the concept of the Behavioural Teaching Factory, a methodology designed to enhance skills development, strengthen employee voice, and foster workplace innovation. The work was presented at the conference Advancing Industry 5.0: Building Skills, Enhancing Employee Voice and Driving Workplace Innovation (Leuven, Belgium, June 16–17, 2025).
