Data for 'MANTO, a born-digital LOD resource for Greek myth'

Dataset for 'MANTO, a born-digital LOD resource for Greek myth,' article by G. Hawes and R. S. Smith (under review).

Data from MANTO (CC BY-NC 4.0) and, via MANTO, Pleiades (CC BY 3.0). Used to create four map visualisations in QGIS (3.44 Solothern). Two sets of data (movable_relics_in_pausanias_MANTO.csv; relics_in_spatium_mythicum.csv) were cleaned using R (scripts available on GitHub at https://github.com/EwanSC/mapping-relics), with the data outputs then manually cleaned, formatted for plotting, and used for maps (moveable_relics_counted.csv; sm_relics_counted.csv), along with two other datasets from MANTO (paus-relics-movement-in-hist-period.csv; paus-relics-spatium-mythicum-and-historicum.csv).

• Name: Name of object, taken from MANTO (Text).
• From: Name for site of origin, taken from MANTO (Text).
• from_longitude: Decimal longitude for site of origin, taken from MANTO, sourced from Pleaides (Double).
• from_latitude: Decimal latitude  for site of origin, taken from MANTO, sourced from Pleaides (Double).
• To: Name for final site, taken from MANTO (Text).
• to_longitude: Decimal longitude for final site, taken from MANTO, sourced from Pleaides (Double) .
• to_latitude: Decimal latitude  for final site, taken from MANTO, sourced from Pleaides (Double).
• Via: Name for mid-way site, taken from MANTO (Text).
• via_longitude: Decimal longitude for  mid-way site, taken from MANTO, sourced from Pleaides (Double).
