Environment file (environment.yml) • Updated dependencies to include all required imports from the notebook (e.g., open3d, scipy, pathlib).

Documentation (README.md) • Expanded with installation instructions and tested operating systems. • Added API-style function reference with short descriptions of all major functions. • Clarified intended use cases (synthetic data generation, real-data testing with PCD/CSV).
