LLC270-SO model for "The Antarctic coastal ocean heat budget is dominated by heat loss to land ice melt"

Description
This directory contains the code needed to build and run four LLC270-SO simulations. The LLC270-SO model is based on the Massachusetts Institute of Technology general circulation model (MITgcm) and includes dynamic/thermodynamic sea-ice model and sub-ice-shelf cavity model for freezing/melting processes. Four experiments are included in separate directories:
llc270_RM_ref: Reference simulation, contains bulk of provided code
llc270_RM_NoBasalHeat: Experiment where heat loss to basal melting is suppressed. Only files that differ from llc270_RM_ref provided here.
llc270_RM_NoBasalHeat_NoBergHeat: Experiment where heat loss to basal melting and iceberg melting is suppressed. Only files that differ from llc270_RM_ NoBasalHeat provided here.
llc270_RM_NoBasalMelt: Experiment where basal melting is suppressed entirely. Only files that differ from llc270_RM_ref provided here.
