Description

We present a framework to identify chemicals of concern (CoCs) in plastic waste by combining polymer–sector usage with literature‑based concentration ranges and hazard scoring, then ranking substances via a Concern Rating Indicator (CRI) to highlight those most likely to reappear in recycled plastics and merit regulatory prioritization.
