SiSaNA - Single-Sample Network Analysis - Example files

This repository contains all the example input files needed to run SiSaNA (Single Sample Network Analysis).

1.8.0 changes:

Changed the number of cores for the reconstruct command to 2 instead of 20
Fixed the typo where there were two stage 5's in the params file, changed the extract edge stage to be an "additional command" instead of stage 6, since it is not required for basic functionality
