• Update: Improved aesthetics of zol's final report spreadsheet and updated column order. Added descriptions of new stats computed using the peptides.py library to the data dictionary (first tab of the spreadsheet).
• Fix: zol-scape corrected to account for updated format of zol reports, was broken in v1.6.8. New files included in comprehensive testing dataset to allow for automated testing of zol-scape moving forward.
• Minor Update: Logic for skipping proteins when computing protein properties stats using the peptides.py library now leverages the outlier detection method.
