Agentive Swarm Coding for Semantic Resilience: A Design-Based Framework for Auditable AI Code Generation

Authors/Creators

Description

This technical note introduces Agentive Swarm Coding, a modular framework for deploying agentic AI systems with semantic resilience, auditability, and governance scaffolding. It outlines a phased methodology using deterministic gates, REQ-ID propagation, policy-as-code bundles, and reproducible builds to mitigate operational risk in stochastic code generation. The framework includes a taxonomy of agents (SpecAgent, CodeAgent, TestAgent, AuditAgent), measurable metrics (coverage by requirement, mutation scores, policy pass-rates), and alignment with emerging AI governance standards such as the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF. Designed for production environments, this work supports discoverability, authorship integrity, and ethical oversight in machine-mediated ecosystems.
